Lauren Haynes is a Clinical herbalist, and the founder and mother to Wooden Spoon Herbs - a conduit between the plant realm and one’s personal practice, offering guidance on the plant pilgrimage to all who seek it. Lauren is currently living in Georgia, where she runs her business from her cabin in the woods.
